She was born on March 6th 1958 in Slavonska Požega, Croatia, where she finished elementary school. She finished high school (Gymnasium) in Banja Luka. She graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Banja Luka on September 29th 1981. years. During studies, her average grade was 8.31 and her diploma thesis was rated with 10.
She got employed on February 15th 1984 at the then Jugobanka Branch in Banja Luka, which later became the Crystal Bank. She spent most of her engagement in this bank in the corporate lending sector, i.e., in the Development Programs Service. In 1992 she was elected to the rank of expert associate.
Since the end of 1997, Crystal Bank has become the USAID’s lending agent for small and medium-sized enterprises, and since then has been largely engaged in working on these loans. In addition, she has worked on jobs related to the World Bank Credit Line – PCU. She attended and successfully absorbed the following seminars organized by USAID:
- Financing the Growing Business
- Managing Problem Loans Seminar
- Advanced Credit Seminar
- Financing the Agro-enterprise
In addition, she successfully passed the Internal Audit Training organized by W.M.B. Consultants and Crystal Bank.
Since 2002, she works at Raiffeisen Bank BiH, Main Branch of Banja Luka, at the position of Head of the Department for work with legal entities.
In 2009, she was elected as a director of the Business Center – corporate and in this position, according to the management contract, she was until April 2015.
During her business engagement in Raiffeisen Bank, she successfully completed several business seminars in the areas of banking and corporate management.
In 2000, she enrolled in postgraduate study Financial Management at the Faculty of Economics in Banja Luka, attended it completely, passed seven exams and defended two seminar papers.
During 2003 and 2004 she was Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Energoinvest TDSK Doboj and Member of the Supervisory Board of Hemix Banja Luka. From 2009 to 2013 she was Vice-President of the Board of Directors of the University of Banja Luka.
In her work, she actively uses computer programs Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), for which she has certifications. She is fluent in English, she studied it during her regular education and in business English courses.
She is married and has two daughters.
